LIFE Fasting Tracker

Product design | Creative direction

LIFE Fasting Tracker is a mobile app designed to support users on their intermittent fasting journey. With a clean interface, social integrations, and real-time progress tracking, the app quickly became a go-to tool for both new and experienced fasters. I led the product design and creative direction for the app—crafting everything from the user experience to the visual identity.

Fasting was on the rise, but users lacked a trusted, engaging tool that could guide them through the process and support long-term success. My team was tasked with designing a mobile product that combined cutting-edge health science with a highly social, motivational interface.

Key goals:

  • Create a visually appealing, easy-to-use fasting tracker

  • Build features that drive habit formation

  • Integrate science-based health education

  • Foster a community that encourages progress

Reflection

Designing LIFE wasn’t just about screens—it was about behavior change, community, and empowerment. It taught me how to balance clinical accuracy with emotional resonance and how to design health products that users want to come back to every day.

This project deepened my passion for healthtech and my belief that good design can help people live better, longer lives.
